1. Booking Deposit

To confirm your tour booking, a deposit payment may be required depending on the travel package and travel dates.

Typically:

  • 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date

Once the deposit is received, Asia Crafted Travel will send a booking confirmation email including your travel itinerary and service details.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
    • Bank Transfer (International or Domestic)
    • Other approved payment options if agreed upon during booking

Please note:

  • A 3% surcharge may apply for credit card payments
  • Any bank transfer or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer

3. Payment Currency

All tour prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Payments made in other currencies will be converted based on the current exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4. Payment Confirmation

After completing a payment, customers should send the payment confirmation or transaction receipt to our team for verification.

Once payment is verified, we will send an official booking confirmation via email.

5. Late Payments

If the remaining balance is not paid before the required deadline, Asia Crafted Travel reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the reservation
  • Release booked services such as hotels or tours

Any applicable cancellation fees may apply according to our Cancellation Policy.
